Clan Jetty is now part of the heritage of Georgetown, Penang. It was built during the early 19th century housing labourers and porters who helped when ships and tongkangs docked at Penang. This undated post card shows Pulau Jerejak in the distance. Today you can visit these touristic clan jetties to have a peek at the lifestyle of the occupants.
