This vintage bell pendant has two chinese inscriptions. On the right picture is 国 (Guo) for country. The left picture is 兴 (Xing) for prosper / happy. The bottom picture is inscribed with HK (Hong Kong?) on both sides of the bell. This could be a bell pendant for a pet to bring prosper and happiness to the country and probably made in Hong Kong. Both sides have protruding eyes that symbolize an animal. Length is 2.7 cm.
