25 Merdeka 1957-1982
This commemorative one ringgit coin for the Malaysia's 25th Independence from 1957 - 1982 features the first Prime Minister Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra. The left picture shows the inscription 25 TAHUN MERDEKA 1957-1982 and 1 RINGGIT at the bottom with the image of the national emblem, Coat of Arms of Malaysia in the centre. The right picture has the name of the First Prime Minister, TUNKU ABDUL RAHMAN PUTRA and the word MALAYSIA. In the centre is a star and crescent moon and his image below.

Vintage Bell Pendant
This vintage bell pendant has two chinese inscriptions. On the right picture is 国 (Guo) for country. The left picture is 兴 (Xing) for prosper / happy. The bottom picture is inscribed with HK (Hong Kong?) on both sides of the bell. This could be a bell pendant for a pet to bring prosper and happiness to the country and probably made in Hong Kong. Both sides have protruding eyes that symbolize an animal. Length is 2.7 cm.

Mortar and Pestle
This collectible mortar and pestle belonged to my granny who used it for smashing areca nut in her betel nut eating routine. If she is alive today, she would be 120 years old. So I believe this mortar and pestle to be at least 100 years old. Note the crooked pestle and the unsymmetrical mortar...this should be an indicator that this mortar and pestle is an antique, and a small one indeed.

This vintage brass miniature photograph frame is at least 90 years old. Standing 9 cm with base 7 cm, this brass miniature portrait frame has delicate flower vine skirting the frame. The photograph is placed behind the glass for protection of the portrait. Under the brass surface is supported by wooden frame.

Brass Legged Telescoping Metal Tripod
Tripod was important especially during the early photography era as shutter speeds and films were slow. This brass legged telescoping metal tripod is made in Germany. Each leg measures 102 cm when fully stretched. When retracted, each leg measures 27.5 cm.

Among them were 120, 127 and the popular 135. This Brownie 127 used 127 film. This collection is the first Brownie 127 model which was manufactured from 1956 till 1959.

The 1990 World Cup was held in Italy. At that time, Maradona from Argentina was the household name in football. These miniature matchboxes were introduced by Salem. Size of matchbox is 1.1cm x 2.4 cm x 1.8 cm. Length of each match stick is 1.9 cm. Number of match sticks in each box is a dozen.

There are 20 post cards in this booklet depicting wild sex which would be despised by many in our modern society today. These were the sex lives of ancient people in the 9th century.
